Oh Mercy! Hot Sauce – Falls Church, VA – My name is Mercy Bloomgarden. I was born from humble beginnings in Ghana, West Africa; I grew up in a family of seventeen children. Even though growing up in Ghana was hard, I learned from my mother essential skills including how to prepare savory sauces that stretch the family budget and satisfy the appetite. I started making hot sauces because I craved the rich, flavorful and spicy sauces I grew with. Throughout the years, friends loved it so much they would bring their own bottles and they convinced me to bottle and sell the hot sauce. In 2011, Oh Mercy! was born and as they say the rest is history. Today, I am happy to introduce to you my beloved Oh Mercy! Hot sauce (mild) and No Mercy! Hot Sauce (hot).
