The Stroopwafel is arguably the most popular cookie in the Netherlands and has been around for over 150 years! Our artisan Stroopwafels are fresh baked and made by being sliced in half and layered with delicious homemade caramel. There are only 10 ingredients in Joost’s family recipe and we do not use any preservatives. We make all our stroopwafel cookies by hand in small batches. Joost, pronounced (Yoast) is a young entrepreneur at the University of Delaware who started his business at 16 and is baking himself through college.
