During this hands-on class, Chef Stephanie will demonstrate proper knife technique and assist you as you learn to slice, dice and chop with confidence. She'll share her expert advice on how to prepare your week-night dinners in advance, so that you can enjoy a healthy, impressive meal at the end of any long work day. Throughout the class, you will taste a selection of chef-prepared dishes, and you will take home a collection of recipes along with your perfectly prepared produce so that you can recreate the experience in your own kitchen!
